Profile
Produces, processes, exports, and distributes pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis through Canndoc, alongside pharmacy retail operations. The business combines production and branded products with distribution partnerships and retail pharmacies in Israel and Germany.
Medical-cannabis operations run mainly through wholly owned Canndoc, Pharmazone, and Cannolam. Canndoc produces, processes, exports, and distributes pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis, while Kan Olam, Givol, and Leon Pharm operate retail pharmacies.
The platform combines production, research and development, distribution partnerships, branded products, and pharmacy retail. Its principal operations are in Israel, with current materials also describing operations in Germany.
Production, importation, and sales at the Nir Oz facility resumed during 2025 after the October 7 disruption, while genetic-bank recovery remained an active focus. The ordinary shares remain listed and traded during Nasdaq's initial minimum-bid-price compliance period.
