Develops LAG-3-related immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune disease. Its main molecule, eftilagimod alfa (efti), is a soluble LAG-3/MHC Class II agonist studied in non-small-cell lung cancer, head-and-neck squamous-cell carcinoma, and metastatic breast cancer.
TACTI-004 was the global Phase III study of efti in first-line advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer. It paired efti with pembrolizumab and chemotherapy, but was discontinued after an interim futility analysis; the company announced an orderly wind-down of the study.
IMP761, a LAG-3 agonist antibody, is in first-in-human testing for autoimmune disease. The clinically pre-commercial business depends on clinical progress, regulatory review, and collaborations; the company said it would reassess capital-allocation priorities after its TACTI-004 operational and data analyses.
