Develops targeted oncology drugs spanning small molecules, antibody-drug conjugates and radioligands, led by varegacestat under FDA review and clinical-stage IM-1021, IM-1617 and IM-3050. With no product revenue, the business depends on clinical results, regulatory approvals, financing and outside development and manufacturing partners.
Develops targeted oncology therapies across small molecules, antibody-drug conjugates and radioligands. Varegacestat, an oral gamma secretase inhibitor for adults with desmoid tumors, is under FDA review; IM-1021 is a ROR1-targeted ADC in early clinical testing for B-cell lymphomas and solid tumors.
Builds its ADC pipeline around underexplored tumor targets and the proprietary HC74 topoisomerase inhibitor payload. Clinical-stage IM-1617 and earlier IM-1340 and IM-1335 extend that approach into solid tumors, while IM-3050 is designed to deliver a radioisotope to FAP-expressing cells.
Operates as a single U.S. targeted-oncology development segment without product revenue. Progress depends on clinical results, regulatory approvals, continued financing and third-party organizations that run trials and manufacture, supply and test development materials.
