Provides outsourced semiconductor assembly and testing for high-integration and high-precision integrated circuits, alongside gold bumping and memory-module manufacturing. Its testing work spans LCD-driver, high-density memory and mixed-signal semiconductors, and its assembly uses leadframe and organic-substrate technologies.
Testing is centered in Hsinchu Science Park, packaging in Southern Taiwan Science Park, and gold bumping in Chupei, Hsinchu. The group serves fabless companies, integrated device manufacturers and independent foundries through end-to-end services.
Operations depend on Taiwan-based facilities and on continuing demand for its specialized assembly, testing, and bumping services. Nasdaq ADSs were created through the 2016 merger that retained the Taiwan operating company.
