Develops oral Deep Cyclic Inhibitors for MAPK-pathway-driven cancers. Its lead candidate, atebimetinib, is a once-daily MEK inhibitor for pancreatic cancer and other related tumors, rooted in a platform built from translational-bioinformatics work.

Develops oral Deep Cyclic Inhibitors for MAPK-pathway-driven cancers with a pulsed approach to pathway inhibition. Founded in 2008, the organization converted an earlier translational-bioinformatics and computational-biology services business into its current clinical oncology platform. That foundation analyzed omics data to understand why particular patients respond to particular medicines across therapeutic areas.

Atebimetinib, also known as IMM-1-104, is the lead once-daily MEK candidate for pancreatic cancer and other MAPK-pathway-driven tumors. Current work centers on MAPKeeper 301, a pivotal first-line pancreatic-cancer trial. Clinical performance of atebimetinib and the trial timetable are central operating dependencies.
