Produces crude oil from South Sumatra's Kruh Block under a partnership with Pertamina, while developing the Citarum Block in West Java as an exploration project. Kruh provides all current revenue, making the business dependent on one operating asset and its state-owned counterparty.
Produces crude oil from the Kruh Block in South Sumatra through a Joint Operation Partnership with state-owned Pertamina, which purchases all Kruh crude after accepting its volume and quality. Kruh is the sole current revenue source, while all long-lived assets and operating activity are in Indonesia.
Pursues a second line of work at the Citarum Block in West Java, an onshore exploration project near Greater Jakarta that has not entered production. The operating model combines smaller producing and exploration blocks, supported by leased field facilities and outsourced drilling and oil-field services. Government contracts, required approvals, oil prices, drilling results and Pertamina's entitlement and payment process shape the business; Citarum's production-sharing contract ends if its exploration period concludes without a commercial discovery.
