Develops CORDStrom-derived Ebstrocel for RDEB, soluble-TNF inhibitor XPro for inflammation-selected Alzheimer’s disease, and NK-cell therapy INKmune for cancer. The clinical-stage pipeline operates as one segment and depends on licensed data and technology, external supply and manufacturing partners, regulatory approvals, and additional capital.
Develops therapies that modify innate-immune dysfunction across rare disease, neuroinflammation and cancer. CORDStrom-derived Ebstrocel, a pooled umbilical-cord stromal-cell candidate for RDEB, is the lead program and is moving toward planned UK, EU and US regulatory submissions.
XPro targets inflammation-selected early Alzheimer’s disease, while INKmune primes a patient’s natural-killer cells against residual cancer. Later XPro development requires a strategic partner, and INKmune is not being advanced under the current capital plan.
Operations span the United States and United Kingdom, with most employees based in the UK. The business relies on licensed MissionEB data and platform rights, third-party cord-tissue supply and manufacturing, regulatory acceptance, and continued financing. None of its named candidates is approved.
