Profile
Develops, markets, and distributes prestige fragrances for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands through European- and U.S.-based operations. Most brands are licensed, European operations generate most sales, and third parties manufacture the finished products.
Develops, markets, and distributes prestige fragrances and related products for fashion, luxury, and lifestyle brands. European-based operations, led through a majority-owned Paris subsidiary, manage Jimmy Choo, Coach, Montblanc, Lacoste, Moncler, and Van Cleef & Arpels; U.S.-based operations manage GUESS, Donna Karan/DKNY, Ferragamo, Roberto Cavalli, and other labels. Owned fragrance rights include Goutal, Off-White, Lanvin, Rochas, and Solférino.
Turns brand licenses into recurring fragrance families and line extensions, coordinating marketing and worldwide distribution while relying on outside suppliers and third-party fillers instead of owned factories. Most prestige brands are licensed from unaffiliated owners, making renewals, minimum royalties, advertising commitments, launch timing, and consumer demand structural dependencies. European-based operations account for most sales, while owned distribution units and third-party distributors reach markets worldwide.
