Profile

iPower Inc.IPWConsumer Discretionary

Sells branded and partner consumer goods through online marketplaces and its own websites, while providing SuperSuite supply-chain and e-commerce services. A partner-heavy model relies on third-party suppliers, fulfillment centers, carriers and marketplace channels; newer digital-asset and AI-infrastructure activity remains a capital-allocation initiative.

Operates an online retail and supply-chain services business spanning home goods, fans, shelving, pet and outdoor products, gardening equipment and consumer electronics. Its iPower and Simple Deluxe brands reach customers through Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok, Temu, other marketplaces and company websites; most activity is in the United States.

Uses data-driven methods to select products, guide launches and optimize marketplace sales. Revenue comes mainly from product shipments, complemented by SuperSuite sourcing, merchandising, warehousing, fulfillment, software and data services for third-party brands. It relies on outside suppliers, partner fulfillment centers, carriers and marketplace platforms rather than manufacturing products.

Following the GPM sale, it retained software, procurement, fulfillment and a supply-and-distribution relationship for historical SKUs. Its newer digital-asset treasury and GPU-collateralized-loan investment activity had not produced reported operating revenue in its latest reported period.
