Processes titanium scrap into powder and components at its Virginia campus while developing the Titan Critical Minerals Project in Tennessee. The intended model links near-term recycled feedstock with a future domestic mineral source.

At the Virginia Titanium Manufacturing Campus, recycled titanium scrap is processed into titanium powder, electronic components, and fasteners for military, commercial, and industrial applications. Planned major equipment is online, making commercialization of the powder and component operation a current execution track.

The wholly owned Titan Critical Minerals Project near Camden, Tennessee, is being developed as a potential domestic source of titanium minerals, zircon, and heavy-rare-earth concentrate. Its development is separate from the Virginia operation, though the company intends Titan mineral feedstock to complement recycled titanium feedstock over time.

The operating model therefore depends on scaling Virginia manufacturing and advancing Titan as distinct but connected parts of a U.S. titanium supply chain.
