Profile

Integer Holdings CorporationITGRHealth Care

Develops and manufactures components, subassemblies, and finished devices for cardiac, vascular, and neuromodulation programs. Revenue comes largely from custom work for large medical-device OEMs, with roughly half tied to Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic.

Develops and manufactures medical-device components, subassemblies, and finished systems across three product lines: Cardio & Vascular, Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation, and Other Markets. The portfolio spans catheters, guidewires, delivery systems, implantable batteries, capacitors, feedthroughs, leads, pulse generators, precision machining, and proprietary surface coatings.

Runs a manufacturing network across the United States, Mexico, Ireland, and several other countries, pairing customer-specific engineering with scaled production. Large medical-device OEMs contract most work to their specifications; Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic together account for roughly half of sales.

Programs depend on qualified suppliers, validated quality systems, and regulatory approvals, while finished-device facilities remain subject to FDA and international oversight. A pending KKR acquisition would take the shares private, subject to stockholder and regulatory approvals.
