INVO Fertility, Inc.IVFHealth Care

Provides fertility-clinic care and sells INVOcell, an FDA-cleared intravaginal-culture device. Most revenue comes from U.S. clinic services, which are delivered locally and supported centrally, while the device is sold through its own clinics and third-party providers.

Combines fertility-clinic services with sales of INVOcell, an FDA-cleared device designed for fertilization and early embryo development in the patient's vaginal cavity. Its U.S. clinic network provides in vitro fertilization, intravaginal culture, intrauterine insemination, evaluation, monitoring, laboratory services and fertility preservation. Care is delivered locally while finance, human resources, legal and operational functions are supported centrally.

Operates four clinics in Wisconsin, Alabama, Georgia and Indiana, and sells the device both within that network and to third-party clinics. Patients and payors pay for clinical and laboratory work as services are performed; device sales are recognized when products ship. Growth depends on clinic acquisitions and partnerships, specialized clinical staff, and outsourced device manufacturing, sterilization and logistics. Clinic and device activity remain subject to health-care, laboratory, privacy, professional-practice and FDA requirements.
