Profile
Develops contact lenses and myopia-management products through CooperVision, while CooperSurgical sells fertility, cryostorage, genomic, contraception and women’s-health devices and services. Contact lenses generate most revenue, with sales distributed across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Operates through two medical-device businesses: CooperVision and CooperSurgical. CooperVision develops and manufactures daily, two-week and monthly contact lenses, including toric, multifocal and myopia-management products. Biofinity, MyDay and MiSight anchor a portfolio designed around broad prescription parameters and recurring replacement demand.
CooperSurgical supplies fertility clinics, OB/GYN offices, hospitals and surgery centers with IVF devices and consumables, donor gametes, cryostorage, genomic testing, contraception, and gynecology and obstetrics devices. Sales span the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, while contact lenses generate most revenue.
Manufacturing scale, practitioner education and a broad fitting range support execution across eye-care channels. Medical-device approvals, quality systems, fertility-treatment activity and sole-sourced materials for some silicone hydrogel lenses and IVF products remain structural dependencies.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
