Profile
Manufactures and installs steel roll-up doors, hallway systems, relocatable storage units, and Nokē smart-entry access systems for self-storage facility operators, plus a renovation program for existing facilities and a facility-maintenance division serving trucking terminals. Founded in 2002, the business has grown mostly through acquisitions and remains tied to self-storage developers' construction spending.
Supplies the physical build-out for self-storage facilities — steel roll-up and swing doors, hallway systems, and MASS relocatable storage units for new construction, plus the R3 renovation program for existing sites. The Nokē Smart Entry family delivers the locks, keypads, and door operators behind access control, and a separate commercial door line serves industrial and rolling-steel-door customers outside self-storage.
Janus North America accounts for most of group revenue; a smaller international segment operates in the UK, France, Australia, and Singapore.
Growth has come mostly through acquiring specialist manufacturers and technology providers — including Nokē's smart-lock maker and DBCI's door business — folded into one turn-key offering, alongside a Facilitate division for facility maintenance including trucking terminals.
Self-storage new-construction and renovation work together make up most of revenue, tying results to self-storage developers' construction spending.
