Designs, sources and distributes branded metal fence-gate systems through Jewett Cameron Fence, including Adjust-A-Gate, Fit-Right, Lifetime Steel Post, Euro Fence and Perimeter Patrol. The outdoor portfolio also includes Lucky Dog kennels, crates and exercise pens, MyEcoWorld waste bags, greenhouse products and cedar fencing.
Operates as an asset-light product designer and distributor, using contract manufacturers, its North Plains distribution center and direct shipments from manufacturers. Sales go principally to home centers, e-commerce providers and other retailers, with direct-to-consumer sales alongside the wholesale channel.
Greenwood Products supplies dB-Ply and other specialty wood panels for transportation, marine, construction and industrial uses. Operations are predominantly U.S.-based and depend on outsourced supply, tariffs, a concentrated customer and supplier base, seasonal outdoor demand and weather.
