Profile

Jasper Therapeutics, Inc.JSPRHealth Care

Develops complement and antibody therapies for immunologically driven disorders through an acquired-or-licensed-asset model, outsourced clinical and manufacturing infrastructure, and licensing transactions; it has no approved commercial product.

Develops acquired and licensed antibodies and complement therapies for immunologically driven disorders. The current portfolio centers on KP-104, a bifunctional complement inhibitor in a clinical trial for rare renal disorders; briquilimab, an anti-KIT antibody being advanced toward regulatory discussion for SCID conditioning; and preclinical KP-701 for B-cell and autoantibody-mediated disease.

Operates by assembling externally originated or acquired drug assets and developing them through outsourced clinical and manufacturing infrastructure. A China subsidiary supports KP-104 trial execution, while KP-301 and KP-402 are licensed to Mirador for upfront and potential milestone economics.

Has no approved commercial product. Progress depends on clinical results and regulatory review, third-party execution, briquilimab licensing obligations, continued financing, and integration of the Kira acquisition.
