Profile
Develops barzolvolimab, a late-stage KIT antibody for spontaneous and inducible urticarias, alongside the early-stage TSLP/SCF bispecific CDX-622. The clinical-stage model has no approved products and concentrates development spending on barzolvolimab.
Develops antibody therapies for mast-cell-driven allergic, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Barzolvolimab, a KIT-targeted monoclonal antibody, is in global late-stage studies for chronic spontaneous urticaria, cold urticaria and symptomatic dermographism, while a mid-stage atopic dermatitis study continues. Work in prurigo nodularis was discontinued after missing key efficacy objectives.
Extends its mast-cell platform with CDX-622, a bispecific antibody designed to neutralize TSLP and soluble stem cell factor. Early clinical work spans healthy volunteers and asthma, with expansion planned in allergic rhinitis and food allergy.
Operates as a single reportable segment and has no approved products or product revenue. Research spending is concentrated on barzolvolimab; progress depends on clinical results, regulatory approval, manufacturing and commercialization readiness, and continued financing.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
