Profile

Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc.JUNSHealth Care

Develops investigational CNS medicines around a micellar-resveratrol platform and sells Nugevia nutritional supplements online. Revenue currently comes from supplements, while drug commercialization depends on clinical progress, regulatory approval, and licensed Aquanova technology.

Develops CNS drug candidates around JOTROL, a micellar resveratrol formulation used in JNS115, an exploratory Parkinson's study, while holding U.S. rights to the separate ALA-002 MDMA-based candidate. Potential follow-on JOTROL programs include mild cognitive impairment, early Alzheimer's disease and several rare diseases.

Also sells Nugevia supplements—GLO, MND and PWR—through U.S. direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Liquid ingredients are prepared by Aquanova in Germany, then encapsulated in California and shipped to consumers; European, Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian expansion remains planned.

Operates primarily as a virtual organization, with a small internal team coordinating strategy and regulatory work while outside partners conduct much of R&D, clinical operations and manufacturing. No drug candidate has FDA marketing approval, and both business segments depend on Aquanova's exclusive license, formulation technology and initial manufacturing step.
