Profile
Produces plate, sheet, coil, extrusions, rod, bar, tube, and wire for aerospace, packaging, general engineering, and automotive customers. Packaging is the largest end market, and the North American manufacturing network operates as one reportable segment.
Produces semi-fabricated specialty aluminum mill products for aerospace and high-strength applications, beverage and food packaging, general engineering, and automotive extrusions. The portfolio includes plate, sheet, coil, rod, bar, tube, wire, and extruded shapes, with metallurgy, process technology, and application-specific properties supporting demanding customer specifications.
Operates one reportable segment through manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada, with most sales to North American customers. Sales include long-term agreements and individual orders to manufacturers, tier-one suppliers, and metal service centers. Packaging is the largest end market, while aerospace demand follows commercial aircraft build rates and automotive extrusions follow North American vehicle production. Pricing generally passes primary aluminum costs through to customers, while results remain tied to scrap availability, energy costs, operational execution, and concentrated customer relationships.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
