Profile
Cartrack sells subscription-based operational intelligence for fleets and connected assets, supplemented by device sales in some enterprise cases. Karooooo Logistics adds B2B delivery operations, extending the group beyond vehicle and asset management.
Cartrack provides operational intelligence for fleets and other connected assets, spanning fleet and asset management, fuel, workforce, logistics, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental impact. Its subscriptions can bundle telematics devices, while some enterprise sales are non-bundled device sales.
Karooooo Logistics adds last-mile B2B delivery and operational-logistics capabilities. The group serves customers in more than 20 countries from a Singapore-headquartered parent, with operating roots in South Africa.
Its model depends on processing connected-asset data and supporting customers' physical operations. Carzuka has been integrated into Cartrack and is no longer a standalone business.
