Reorganized after Chapter 11 in 2013, operates three B2B segments: Print (digital offset plates and inkjet presses), Advanced Materials and Chemicals (industrial films, motion-picture stock, and early-stage pharmaceutical ingredients), and Brand (royalty licensing of the Kodak name). Print generates most of group revenues; AM&C holds the world's sole remaining motion-picture film manufacturing position.
Reorganized from Chapter 11 in 2013, the company operates as a B2B manufacturer across three segments: Print, Advanced Materials and Chemicals (AM&C), and Brand.
Print — the largest segment by revenue — sells digital offset plates, production inkjet presses, workflow software, and toner-based print systems to commercial printers, publishers, and packaging converters. Prepress Solutions, its digital plate business, has consistently driven most of group revenues.
AM&C covers industrial film and specialty coatings, motion-picture film stock (the world's sole remaining manufacturer, supplying major studios under long-term agreements), and a nascent pharmaceutical-ingredients line that launched its first FDA-regulated products in early 2026. Kodak Alaris — a separately owned entity — is the segment's largest single customer.
The Brand segment earns royalty income by licensing the Kodak name to dozens of consumer-goods manufacturers worldwide, bearing no product cost itself.
