36Kr Holdings Inc.KRKRCommunication Services

Sells advertising and content-led marketing, events, consulting and institutional subscriptions built around a China-focused business-and-technology media audience. Revenue is chiefly tied to online advertising, while key operating assets and licenses sit with a contractually controlled PRC VIE.

Publishes China-focused business and technology coverage through 36kr.com, its mobile app and third-party social and content platforms. Coverage spans technology, consumer, healthcare, finance, automotive, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence and new energy, delivered in articles, video, audio and livestreams.

Monetizes the audience through online advertising placements and produced advertisements, as well as integrated marketing, events, consulting, advertising-agent services and V-club institutional subscriptions. Advertising is the main revenue source, while editorial reach, sector data and relationships connect advertisers, enterprises, governments and institutional investors to its commercial services.

Operates principally in China through a PRC subsidiary and contractually controlled VIE, which holds key licenses, the 36Kr brand, domain, app, social accounts and customer relationships. Audience acquisition also depends on access to third-party platforms, while PRC content, advertising, data and licensing rules govern the business.
