Develops PAS-004, an oral MEK1/2 inhibitor in early clinical studies for NF1-related tumors and MAPK-driven advanced cancers, while maintaining a discovery-stage schizophrenia program. With no approved products, it funds an outsourced drug-development model through capital raising and potential collaborations.
Develops PAS-004, an oral macrocyclic MEK1/2 inhibitor in early clinical studies for NF1-associated plexiform neurofibromas and MAPK pathway-driven advanced solid tumors. PAS-001, a brain-penetrant small-molecule program intended to down-regulate C4A for schizophrenia, remains at discovery stage; PAS-003 development has ceased.
Operates with a small internal team that manages development while contract research organizations and clinical sites execute trials, and WuXi STA manufactures PAS-004. The cancer study spans U.S., Bulgarian and Romanian sites, while the NF1-PN study includes U.S., Australian and South Korean sites.
Has no approved product or commercialization revenue and relies on equity, debt, collaborations or strategic transactions to fund development. PAS-004 is the only clinical-stage program, and WuXi STA is its only contract manufacturer for drug substance.
