Profile

Quaker Chemical CorporationKWRMaterials

Develops and sells formulated process fluids, surface treatments, lubricants and Fluidcare chemical-management services for steel, aluminum, automotive and other industrial producers. Revenue spans the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific, while demand follows manufacturing volumes and margins depend on raw-material costs and pricing.

Develops, manufactures and markets industrial process fluids and provides Fluidcare chemical-management services for heavy manufacturing. The portfolio includes metal-removal fluids, rolling lubricants, hydraulic fluids, surface-treatment chemistry, cleaners, corrosion inhibitors, forming and die-casting fluids, greases, quenchants and offshore subsea control fluids.

Serves steel, aluminum, automotive, aerospace, can, mining, offshore and metalworking customers across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Technical employees work directly at customer plants, supported by applied-research laboratories and proprietary formulations, to tailor fluids and manage chemical programs.

Demand tracks production volumes in metal-intensive industries. Raw-material costs are exposed to crude-oil and natural-gas derivatives, and international results depend on currency movements, trade policy and local environmental and workplace-safety requirements.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
