Profile

Lennox International Inc.LIIIndustrials

Makes residential HVAC equipment, controls, parts, and supplies through Home Comfort Solutions, while Building Climate Solutions covers light-commercial HVAC, refrigeration, installation, maintenance, and recycling. Most revenue comes from the United States and Canada through direct sales, owned stores, contractors, and independent distributors.

Designs and manufactures residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, indoor-air-quality, and refrigeration products across North America. Home Comfort Solutions covers furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, packaged systems, controls, parts, supplies, and owned stores. Joint ventures add ductless systems and water heaters, while the Comfort-Aire, Century, and Coast Air acquisition expands distributor offerings.

Building Climate Solutions combines rooftop and split systems, national-account services, Heatcraft refrigeration, AES replacement and recycling, and Duro Dyne air-distribution components. Direct dealer relationships, independent distributors, contractors, and owned stores extend coverage across brands and price points.

Most sales serve equipment replacement; the balance follows new construction, while weather drives seasonality. Production depends on components and metals, and energy-efficiency and refrigerant rules shape product design.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
