Profile
Designs and sells single-use devices for interventional, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures across cardiovascular and endoscopy markets. Cardiovascular accounts for most sales, spanning vascular access and intervention tools, cardiac and renal therapies, oncology, procedural kits, and OEM supply.
Designs, develops, and manufactures single-use medical devices used in interventional, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Reporting remains split between Cardiovascular and Endoscopy, while the current commercial view groups eight platforms into Foundational and Therapeutic: Access, Cardiac Therapies, Endoscopy, OEM, Oncology, Procedural Solutions, Renal Therapies, and Vascular Intervention.
Builds customer-specific kits, trays, and procedural packs, while the OEM operation supplies components and finished devices to other medical-device manufacturers. Hospitals buy through direct sales teams, distributors, OEM partners, and custom-kit assemblers; clinical education supports adoption.
Sells worldwide and operates manufacturing and packaging sites across North America, Europe, Brazil, and Singapore. Execution depends on product development, regulatory clearance, physician acceptance, reimbursement and pricing pressure, supplier performance, tariffs, and global manufacturing continuity. Each product must be approved under the laws of the country where it is sold.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
