Profile
Provides clearing, agency execution, prime services, market making and tailored hedging and investment products across commodity and financial markets. Revenue comes from commissions, trading spreads, product pricing and interest on client balances, linking performance to trading activity, interest rates and regulated market access.
Connects commodity producers, consumers and financial institutions to global markets through Clearing, Agency and Execution, Market Making, and Hedging and Investment Solutions. These businesses provide exchange access and clearing, broker listed and over-the-counter trades, supply prime and financing services, quote principal liquidity, and create bespoke hedges and structured notes.
Operates across Europe, the Americas, Asia and the Middle East through an office and exchange network. Revenue combines commissions, trading spreads, returns embedded in product pricing and interest on client balances. A shared platform supports cross-selling, while acquisitions extend product and regional coverage.
Works through regulated subsidiaries with jurisdiction-specific capital and liquidity requirements. Results depend on transaction activity, client balances, interest rates, exchange and clearing access and the control of market, counterparty, liquidity and technology risks.
