Retails motor fuel and convenience merchandise through Murphy USA, Murphy Express and QuickChek. Murphy-branded stores cluster in the South, Midwest and Southwest, often near Walmart Supercenters, while QuickChek adds a food-and-beverage-led format in New Jersey and New York.
Builds new standalone sites, refreshes existing stores and uses Murphy Drive Rewards and Walmart+ fuel discounts to connect value-priced fuel with repeat convenience traffic. Company-owned and third-party terminals also support fuel supply and unbranded wholesale sales.
Fuel and merchandise margins move with refined-product prices, crude markets, supply interruptions and severe weather. The model also depends on the Walmart relationship, nicotine-product legislation and increasingly stringent environmental requirements.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
