Profile
Sells fuel, groceries, convenience merchandise, and made-to-order food through stores concentrated in smaller Midwestern and Southern communities. Fuel generates most revenue, while higher-margin inside sales—especially prepared food, dispensed beverages, and merchandise—provide most gross profit before operating costs.
Operates convenience stores across the Midwest and South, with roughly half the footprint in Iowa, Missouri, and Illinois and most locations serving smaller communities. Stores combine self-service fuel with grocery and general merchandise, tobacco and nicotine products, and prepared food and dispensed beverages. Full-service kitchens in almost all locations center on made-to-order and grab-and-go pizza.
Uses three company distribution centers, a large delivery fleet, and mostly owned real estate to supply stores and convert suitable acquisitions to the kitchen-led format. Managed as a single segment, fuel provides most revenue, while inside merchandise and prepared food contribute most gross profit before operating costs. Operations depend on fuel and ingredient markets, distribution continuity, store staffing, food safety, and rules governing underground tanks and age-restricted products.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
