The present operating platform was created through the combination of US Gold and Minera Andes. Rob McEwen serves as Chairman, Chief Owner and Chief Executive Officer.

McEwen Copper holds the Los Azules project in Argentina and is accounted for as an equity-method interest. Minera Santa Cruz, owner of San José and operated by Hochschild Mining, is also an equity-method interest.
