Profile
Sells valves, hydrants, service brass, pipe-repair products, meters, leak detection and pressure controls to utilities and contractors, largely through North American waterworks distributors. Demand is tied to municipal repair and replacement, construction and product specifications shaped by a large installed base.
Manufactures valves, hydrants, service brass, pipe-repair products and water-network monitoring systems used to transmit, distribute and measure water. Municipal utilities, waterworks distributors, and construction and fire-protection contractors are the core customers, primarily in the United States and Canada.
Water Flow Solutions covers iron gate and specialty valves plus service brass. Water Management Solutions combines hydrants, repair and installation products, natural-gas distribution tools, meters, leak detection, and pressure-management controls and analytics.
A large installed base, municipal specifications, and broad distributor coverage help sustain replacement and parts demand. Results depend on municipal repair and replacement spending, construction activity, raw-material and supplier availability, and reliable operation of specialized foundries and factories; several major product lines are concentrated in one or a few facilities.
