Profile
Diagnostic products are designed across multiple testing platforms, made by outside manufacturers, and distributed for laboratory, point-of-care, and home-use settings. A single operating segment covers Europe, APAC, the Americas, and Africa.
Built around FIA, CLIA, RT-PCR, LFIA, LAMP, and Dry Chemistry, the in-vitro diagnostic product suite serves laboratory, point-of-care, and home-use settings. Products are designed internally, produced by original-equipment manufacturers, and distributed as finished diagnostics.
Commercial coverage spans Europe, APAC, the Americas, and Africa within a single operating segment. Research and development, product design, marketing, operations, and administration are shared across the suite, while product-sale revenue is generally recognized when control transfers at shipment.
All purchases are concentrated with two suppliers, and products are subject to health-care and product requirements in the jurisdictions where they are sold. Class B shares were structured to preserve holders’ voting influence.
