Northpointe Bancshares, Inc.NPBFinancials

Operates through Retail Banking and MPP, combining residential mortgage lending, AIO home-equity loans, digital deposits, servicing, and collateralized mortgage purchase facilities for independent mortgage bankers. The model is nationwide and mostly digital, with bank funding and mortgage sale-market access shaping execution.

Operates through Northpointe Bank, a Grand Rapids specialty bank built around two reportable segments: Retail Banking and MPP. Retail Banking covers residential mortgage lending, digital deposit banking, loan servicing, AIO home-equity loans, and other consumer and deposit products.

MPP provides collateralized mortgage purchase facilities to independent mortgage bankers nationwide, acting as an alternative to traditional mortgage warehouse lending. Delivery is primarily digital and national, supported by a centralized operating center in Grand Rapids and loan production offices across several states.

Founder Charles A. Williams still serves as chairman and chief executive. Execution depends on mortgage-origination volume, interest rates, deposit funding, mortgage sale-market access, technology systems, and bank regulation.
