Combines compute, storage, virtualization and management in a unified software layer designed to simplify enterprise infrastructure. The platform runs on qualified systems from Cisco, Dell, Fujitsu, HPE and Lenovo, extending a hardware-neutral model through channel and OEM partners.

Serves customers globally, with most employees based outside the United States. The business is overwhelmingly subscription-based and depends on renewals, partner execution, third-party hardware and cloud interoperability, continued product development and customers' ability to navigate migration complexity and competing architectures.
