Profile

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc.NWPXMaterials

Manufactures engineered water-transmission pipe and precast infrastructure products for drinking-water, wastewater, stormwater, and environmental projects. The business combines legacy Northwest Pipe steel pressure-pipe work with acquired Geneva and ParkUSA precast lines, and depends on project timing, competitive bidding, and raw-material inputs.

Manufactures large-diameter steel pipeline systems for drinking-water infrastructure under the Northwest Pipe Company brand. The Water Transmission Systems arm also serves hydroelectric, wastewater, seismic-resiliency, industrial piping, and structural uses with steel casing, bar-wrapped concrete pipe, joints, and fittings.

Extends that water focus through Precast Infrastructure and Engineered Systems, including NWPX Geneva and NWPX Park. These lines supply stormwater and wastewater technology products, reinforced concrete pipe, manholes, box culverts, vaults, catch basins, pump lift stations, oil-water separators, biofiltration units, and other engineered solutions.

Operates mainly in North America with U.S. and Mexico manufacturing exposure, and sells through contractors tied to public agencies and local development work. The business depends on public water-transmission funding, contract backlog conversion, competitive bids, steel and other raw-material inputs, substitute pipe materials, and acquisition integration.
