Profile
Commercializes women's health medicines, biosimilars, and established brands through an international footprint. A Merck spin-off, it serves conditions affecting women uniquely, disproportionately, or differently.
Women's Health, biosimilars, and Established Brands form the three business components. The portfolio combines medicines and solutions for conditions that affect women uniquely, disproportionately, or differently with mature branded medicines and biosimilars.
Built through the 2021 separation from Merck, the company operates with an international commercial footprint and roots in Organon's hormonal-medicine lineage. Targeted additions included Dermavant and its VTAMA dermatology therapy; JADA was sold to Laborie in 2026.
Operations are shaped by a pending Sun Pharma merger that requires stockholder, antitrust, foreign-investment, and other closing approvals. OGN remains NYSE-listed unless and until the transaction closes.
