Profile
Sells rapid diagnostics for HIV and other conditions, plus sample-collection and stabilization devices for genomics and microbiome workflows. A single reportable segment houses products such as OraQuick, InteliSwab, Oragene, ORAcollect, OMNIgene, SickleSCAN, and the Sherlock molecular test pipeline.
Develops, manufactures, markets, sells, and distributes rapid diagnostics and sample-management solutions from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Product families include OraQuick HIV tests, other infectious-disease diagnostics for HCV, syphilis and Ebola, InteliSwab COVID-19 tests, and Genomics collection systems such as Oragene, ORAcollect and OMNIgene.
Uses oral-fluid, saliva, urine, blood and stool collection formats to support point-of-need testing and lab workflows. DNA Genotek anchors sample management; Sherlock adds a rapid molecular self-test platform; SickleSCAN adds point-of-care sickle-cell testing sold outside the United States.
Operates as one reportable segment, so the business is managed under a single reporting hierarchy rather than by product silo. COVID-19 test demand has normalized, and the Sherlock CT/NG self-test pipeline remains subject to regulatory approvals.
