Profile

Phibro Animal Health CorporationPAHCHealth Care

Makes animal-health products, mineral nutrition, and specialty performance ingredients for livestock, aquaculture, dogs, and industrial customers. Animal Health anchors the portfolio through medicated feed additives, nutritional specialties, and vaccines, while sales mix depends on product registrations, food-animal drug rules, and livestock-production cycles.

Develops, manufactures, and markets animal-health products for poultry, swine, beef and dairy cattle, aquaculture, and dogs. Animal Health covers medicated feed additives and related products, nutritional specialties such as OmniGen and Animate, and vaccines including autogenous and aquaculture lines.

Manufactures trace-mineral formulations through Mineral Nutrition, mainly for North American livestock customers, and specialty ingredients through Performance Products for personal care, industrial chemical, and catalyst uses. The United States is the largest sales destination, while Animal Health sells more than half of its segment revenue outside the United States.

Competes through registrations, technical support, product breadth, quality, manufacturing know-how, locations, and price. Many medicated products depend on country-specific approvals and food-animal drug rules, and the recently acquired Zoetis medicated-feed-additive portfolio now sits inside Animal Health.
