Profile
Develops and manufactures specialty ingredients for human and animal nutrition, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, plant nutrition, and regulated gas applications. Revenue spans three segments, with Human Nutrition and Health the largest, while formulation, encapsulation, chelation, and specialized gas packaging connect otherwise distinct markets.
Develops specialty ingredients through three segments. Human Nutrition and Health supplies choline, chelated minerals, vitamin K2, MSM, customized food-and-beverage systems, and microencapsulation solutions. Animal Nutrition and Health sells choline chloride, encapsulated nutrients, chelated minerals, and functional ingredients for production and companion animals. Specialty Products packages performance gases for sterilization, fumigation, refrigeration, and industrial uses, and supplies chelated minerals for high-value crops.
Serves customers worldwide through its own sales force, distributors, and agents, with operations both inside and outside the United States. Formulation support, application testing, nutrient-delivery technologies, and specialized reusable gas containers underpin customer relationships. Results depend on raw-material supply, manufacturing reliability, competitive choline markets, and regulated handling and permitted uses of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
