Profile

PowerBank Corporation Common StockPBKUtilities

Develops, constructs, operates and services distributed and community solar plus battery-storage projects across North America, earning development and EPC fees alongside electricity and capacity revenue from owned assets. The model depends on securing sites, interconnection, permits, offtake arrangements and project financing.

Develops, builds and operates distributed and community solar projects and battery-storage assets across the United States and Canada. Its Development & EPC segment controls sites, advances grid interconnection and permits, manages engineering, procurement and construction, and earns development and construction fees. IPP Production adds electricity and capacity revenue from owned or partially owned projects under long-term arrangements.

Provides operations, maintenance and asset-management services that include monitoring, repairs, contract administration, reporting, subscriber management and utility reconciliation. A modular data-center initiative remains at the site-evaluation and joint-development stage, rather than a disclosed operating business.

Depends on project-level land rights, grid approvals, permits, offtake or subscriber contracts, and equity and third-party financing. Operations also rely on policy and tax-credit programs, third-party component suppliers, and a limited set of power purchasers and grid operators.
