Develops in-licensed cancer-drug candidates that aim to improve the efficacy-safety profile of established cytotoxic therapies, then seeks to license programs to partners near pivotal studies. The portfolio centers on the clinical NGC-Cap program and preclinical NGC-Iri.
Develops next-generation cancer therapies that alter the metabolism or tissue distribution of established cytotoxic drugs. The lead program, NGC-Cap, pairs PCS6422 with capecitabine to modify drug metabolism and exposure in advanced or metastatic breast cancer. NGC-Iri is a preclinical analog of irinotecan's active metabolite designed to shift drug distribution toward cancer cells and away from normal tissue.
Operates through an in-license-develop-partner model, using a Regulatory Science Approach that incorporates dose-response principles associated with FDA Project Optimus. The intent is to advance assets toward pivotal-study milestones, then license them to partners; there are no approved products or product revenue. All current assets are in-licensed, and the lead program's Elion license remains under active litigation.
