Supplies Kronos white-label exchange software, custody and blockchain settlement to financial-market clients while operating consumer prediction and trading tools. Its model joins a Japanese listed parent with regulated European venue access, but consolidated post-acquisition economics are not yet disclosed.
Provides white-label, SaaS exchange infrastructure under the Kronos name for banks, brokers, fintechs and trading venues. The platform supports crypto spot, perpetual futures, other derivatives, tokenized assets and structured products, with blockchain-based settlement. Perpetuals Vault extends the B2B offer with self-custody.
Pairs this infrastructure with consumer products, including UpsideOnly, a market-prediction and trading-signal platform, and Barrier Futures, as well as BayesShield AI pre-trade analytics. Operations span Tokyo, Europe and the United States; PM MTF Ltd. supplies Cyprus-regulated venue access.
Works across traditional and digital-asset markets through exchange technology, custody and settlement tools. Its newest consolidated commercial mix and economics remain undisclosed because available filings largely predate the acquisition of Perpetual Markets; the venue model depends on PM MTF's licence scope and related European requirements.
