Phio Pharmaceuticals Corp.PHIOHealth Care

Develops self-delivering RNAi therapeutics centered on investigational intratumoral PH-762 for skin tumors, with no product sales because it has no approved drug; the focused development model relies on outsourced work, regulatory progress and external capital.

Develops INTASYL, a self-delivering RNAi platform designed to silence selected proteins without a separate delivery vehicle. Its only active human clinical candidate, PH-762, is administered directly into accessible skin tumors to target the immune-checkpoint protein PD-1; it remains investigational with no approved product line.

Runs a narrow, Massachusetts-based clinical-development operation rather than commercial drug franchises, serving trial participants, investigators, regulators, prospective partners, contract manufacturers and capital providers. Work beyond its small internal program relies on external clinical and manufacturing organizations, including commercial-scale supply preparation for PH-762.

Future economics depend on regulatory approval, commercialization or partnership arrangements, and access to outside capital. Progress is concentrated in an early clinical program whose development, enrollment, supply, regulatory review and clinical evidence remain key dependencies.
