Profile
Resells third-party IT hardware, software, maintenance, and subscriptions, supplemented by professional and managed services for AI, cloud, data centers, security, networking, and collaboration. Product sales dominate, with material dependence on key vendors, distributors, and a large telecommunications customer.
Operations now consist of the Product, Professional Services, and Managed Services segments following the sale of the domestic financing business. Product resells third-party hardware, software, maintenance, and subscriptions. The services businesses design, deploy, configure, and operate multi-vendor environments spanning AI, cloud, data centers, security, networking, and collaboration; hosted procurement tools also connect customers with public-cloud marketplaces.
Serves mainly U.S. middle-market and large enterprises plus state, local, and education institutions, with smaller operations in the UK, European Union, India, and Singapore. Vendor certifications, configuration centers, and lifecycle support enable integrated deployments and recurring infrastructure, cloud, and security operations. A large telecommunications customer and a small group of vendors and distributors create material concentration, while technology vendors can also sell directly to end customers.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
