Profile

Pool CorporationPOOLIndustrials

Distributes pool supplies, equipment, chemicals, replacement parts, irrigation products and hardscapes through wholesale networks and a franchise-supply channel. A locally stocked sales-center footprint and digital ordering serve trade customers, while recurring maintenance demand outweighs more cyclical renovation and construction sales.

Distributes swimming-pool supplies, equipment, replacement parts, chemicals and related leisure products to pool builders, service companies, retailers and commercial operators. SCP Distributors and Superior Pool Products cover the domestic pool trade, Horizon serves irrigation and landscape contractors, NPT handles tile, finishes and hardscapes, and Sun Wholesale supplies independently owned Pinch A Penny franchises. The network spans North America, Europe and Australia, with North America providing nearly all sales.

Pairs locally stocked sales centers with centralized shipping, product expertise and the POOL360 ordering and service-software ecosystem. Recurring maintenance and minor repair products form most sales, while renovations, upgrades and new construction add more discretionary, housing- and weather-sensitive demand. Purchasing is concentrated among several major equipment suppliers, and the business is seasonal around peak pool use and installation.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
