Profile

Pentair plcPNRIndustrials

Makes pumps, filtration and treatment systems, commercial ice machines, and pool equipment through Flow, Water Solutions, and Pool. Sales span residential, commercial, municipal, agricultural, foodservice, and industrial markets, while Pool demand is seasonal and concentrated in one major customer.

Builds water-moving, treatment, and pool equipment through Flow, Water Solutions, and Pool. Flow supplies commercial and infrastructure pumps, membrane systems, and specialty valves. Water Solutions combines residential and irrigation pumps with filtration, softening, pressure tanks, controls, and Manitowoc ice machines. Pool covers pumps, filters, heaters, automation, cleaners, and accessories.

Serves residential, commercial, municipal, agricultural, foodservice, and industrial markets globally through distributors, equipment manufacturers, and direct relationships. Competes through established brands, distribution reach, product reliability, and service, while the Pentair Business System focuses on product development and operating efficiency.

Demand depends on housing and commercial spending, infrastructure budgets, weather, water and efficiency standards, input costs, and distributor inventory. Pool is warm-weather seasonal, and one Pool customer accounts for nearly one-fifth of consolidated sales.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
