Profile
Designs analog and mixed-signal ICs, gate-driver boards and motor-driver products that control high-voltage power conversion in electronics, appliances, industrial equipment, electric vehicles and energy infrastructure. Revenue comes from direct and distributor sales, while manufacturing relies on third-party wafer foundries and subcontractors.
Designs analog and mixed-signal products for high-voltage power conversion, led by InnoSwitch, TOPSwitch, TinySwitch and LinkSwitch AC-DC ICs. SCALE gate drivers serve industrial motors, renewable-energy systems, electric transportation and high-voltage transmission, while BridgeSwitch motor-driver ICs target appliances and industrial equipment. System-level integration combines switching, control, protection and isolation functions to reduce component count and simplify customers' power designs.
Sells through distributors and directly to equipment and power-supply manufacturers worldwide, with most revenue billed in Asia. Proprietary high-voltage processes and design tools support product performance across silicon and gallium-nitride platforms. Energy-efficiency rules shape customer requirements, while wafer fabrication, assembly and testing depend largely on independent suppliers across the United States, Europe and Asia.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
