Profile

Navitas Semiconductor CorporationNVTSInformation Technology

Designs GaN power ICs, high-voltage SiC devices, controllers, and isolators for AI data centers, grid infrastructure, performance computing, and industrial electrification. Revenue is concentrated through distributors, while a fabless model relies on foundry, assembly, and testing partners across the United States and Asia.

Designs GaNFast gallium-nitride power ICs, GeneSiC high-voltage silicon-carbide MOSFETs and diodes, plus silicon controllers and digital isolators for power conversion. GaN serves high-frequency, high-density conversion, while SiC addresses high- and ultra-high-voltage systems. The portfolio now focuses on AI data centers, energy and grid infrastructure, performance computing, and industrial electrification.

Operates globally from Torrance, California, with a broad Asia footprint; revenue is concentrated in Hong Kong and routed mainly through component distributors. Its fabless model outsources wafer fabrication, assembly, and testing: TSMC and GlobalFoundries support GaN fabrication, X-Fab supports SiC, and Asian subcontractors handle most assembly. Results therefore depend on partner capacity, cost, yield, and operational execution.
