Propanc Biopharma, Inc.PPCBHealth Care

Develops the preclinical PRP proenzyme therapy for solid tumors and related recombinant research, using outsourced development before seeking a licensing partner. No approved products or product revenue exist, and PRP has yet to enter a company-sponsored controlled human trial.

Develops PRP, a preclinical fixed formulation of bovine-derived trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen for advanced solid tumors. The planned intravenous program targets pancreatic, ovarian, and colorectal cancers and is intended to influence cancer-cell differentiation and the tumor microenvironment; it has not entered a company-sponsored controlled human trial.

Builds related research around rec-PRP/POP1, a recombinant version intended to reduce animal-source dependence and lot variability, alongside a university collaboration on senescence and fibrosis. Its Delaware parent operates from Australia, with much research conducted in the European Union through external laboratories, manufacturers, universities, and clinical-service providers.

Seeks to advance PRP through manufacturing, assay validation, regulatory authorization, and first-in-human testing before pursuing a licensing partner. Progress depends on external providers, additional financing, and regulatory approvals; commercial operations and product revenue have not begun.
