Profile

Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc.PPSIIndustrials

Sells e-Boost mobile EV charging, power-generation equipment, and maintenance, repair, and remote-monitoring services. Following divestitures, it operates a single Critical Power segment under the Titan, Pioneer eMobility, and Pioneer Critical Power brands.

Mobile EV charging, power-generation equipment, and field services are offered through a single Critical Power segment. The portfolio is marketed under the Titan, Pioneer eMobility, and Pioneer Critical Power brands.

Operations evolved from a transformer-led consolidation into a streamlined critical-power business after divesting transformer activities and PCEP. The PCEP sale left it as the company's sole reportable segment, ending its earlier transformer-business focus. The segment combines e-Boost mobile charging with preventive maintenance, repairs, and remote monitoring.

Current operations depend on continued product development and expanded manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing capabilities.
